  30. Yes, it is.  You are then asking them to emulate or avoid v.3.X
  31. enhancements, to maintain an extra set of manuals, and to use
  32. RomSwitcher or some other means of using outdated operating systems
  33. for testing.  The cost of upgrading is much less than the cost of
  34. upgrading Macs or of just the extra RAM needed to run Windoze '95.
